Eggs - Dried Egg Whites / Powder Form

    Hey Guys,

I have been trying to put eggs into my diet and normally throw raw egg whites in with my post workout shake.

I watched relentless the ronnie coleman dvd and it made me think...

where do I BUY those huge jars of damn egg whites!!?

also are dried egg whites a powdered form of raw egg whites and are as nutritional as normal raw egg whites?

Can anyone tell me where to look for these supps???

I am located in Sydney Australia

    any online places?

    Cheers!

    ok.

ok, so does anyone actually know where to buy the powder form in aus? sydney?

any one have any info they can give... ??

I am currently eating too much tuna and want to change things up with eggs.

It would be awesome if the i could get the powdered formed eggs because:

    1. They prob wouldnt expire for a long time

    2. no more salmonella risk with raw eggs

    3. Simple fast awesome protein source that I can chuck in all my shakes.

    4. easier to monitor intake! healthier than tuna!

    5. buying a huge tub and never running out of eggs!
