    Woolworths Shopping List! Assist!

    Hey guys,

I have been eating these damn microwavable ingham chicken breasts fat free with 20g pro each for like 3 meals a day.

It has got to the point where im sick of it!

My other 3 meals are most likely tuna

I am re doing my cutting diet for the last 6 - 8 weeks of it which are starting no and want to get organised and do a massive shop!...

Can some people list some good protein sources that are quick and easy besides canned tuna and cottage cheese?

I also opt for the microwavable steam fresh veggi bags they are awesome!

    any ideas would be cool

I have been hooked on toast lately and then eating my tuna seperately.

I normally use butter on my toast although i cant mix damn fats with carbs anymore so i have to eat vegemite on toast without butter.. very boring

any ideas with ways to make my soy and linseed bread taste interesting without smothering it in fats / pointless carbs? (from woolies) :-P

put on some sugar free jam... some raspberry sugar free jam is amazing!

and as far as protein sources go.. when i get tired of tuna and chicken, i make some lean cut steaks or i go buy some frozen tilapia/salmon in a bag and microwave a few pieces a day... works great with lemon

there are a million ways to cook chicken, so dont quit buying it. check out recipes section. get frozen boneless skinless whole chicken breasts. they are very versatile

I also buy Egg Beaters 100% whites. They are in a carton, usually right next to the eggs. They are just the whites from eggs. I use it instead of just water for protein shakes and it makes them taste like ice cream

i buy salmon in the pouches to make salmon croquettes in a non stick pan. i use oatmeal and whole eggs in there too with green onions and red bell peppers and it is REALLY good

tuna in pouches to just eat with fork. i love that "garlic herb" variety becasue it's not dry at all and really good alone. or try mixing in a teaspoon of the healthiest barbque sauce (with the least sugar) you can find. its good.

jennie-o turkey burgers. eat with thin slice of velveeta.

get a george foreman grill and make everything on it. mine was like $50 and i got the super delux versionn that does extra shit too. i read on these forums to use parchment paper, (which is like wax paper without the wax) to make your food in the grill and you dont have to clean it as often

make lean beef steaks in george foreman

get lean ground beef and cook with "seasoning blend" (which is in the frozen vegatable section in a bag -- it is chopped up onions celery and green peppers) mix the beef with about 1 cup cooked whole grain brown rice, 2 servings mexican velveeta and a little ragu spagetti suace and it is GOOD

if you want any more detailed instructions or recipes let me know

get pecans and almonds too, and throw them in everything and it will surprise you how good they make things, like chicken salad, or with goat cheese on top of a steak
