Diet for Comment
I am 5'11" 190 llbs. 11%bf. I have already put on 15 llbs with this diet, some of which is clearly fat in the midsection:
Breakfast:
6 Eggs (2 are just whites)
1/2 cup oats
8oz grape juice
Meal 2:
8 oz chicken
1 cup yams
apple
Meal 3:
50g whey protein shake
Pre Workout Meal:
1/2 cup granola w/ flax seed
1/4 cup lowfat yogurt
Post Workout Meal:
50g whey protein shake
Meal 6:
1/2 cup brown rice
8 oz chicken
Meal 7:
1/2 cup granola w/ flax seed
1/4 cup yogurt
50g whey protein shake

you got a lot of carbs at meal7 which i assume is the end of the day, you want that striclty pro/fat
switch grape juice to water
meal 3 make it whole food, whole wheat hero from deli / wholewheat pasta or bread with meat
preworkout meal cut out the flaxseed

Post the macros man, it hard to tell if it is optimal or not. Go on Calorieking or fitday. Fat should be minimal and food choices look pretty good. I do see some areas as in PREWO, MEAL3 and PWO where it can be ameliorated.
