Cutting diet question
Hey guys I have a question regarding my cutting diet. I do cardio in the morning on the days that I train in the afternoon, my off days are free of cardio and training. I take 1 scoop of whey before cardio. My question is should I take in a whey shake + carbs and then eat breakfast or skip the shake + carbs and just eat breakfast? Thanks in advance

And theres no real answer to your question. It really would all ***end on your overall diet and your nutrient needs for that meal. Hows about posting your entire diet w/ macros and timings. Also personal stats, height, weight, bf, experience.
