Anyone use Sea Kelp?
Hi ,
Anyone in here use or has used Sea Kelp? I was readin up a little and it is helps to burn up body fat - just wondered if anyone has had any experience using this.

Junk crap, iodine supposedly helps stim a slow thyroid but if you did have legit thyroid probs then you'd be on a prescription.

I don't know bro unless I saw an in***endent or medical study on its capabilty and relation to thyroid fuction, I wouldn't use it. Since you have it might as well try it but stick to the researched and fact proven techniques.
