    Cutting Diet Needing Critique

    im 6' 193lbs and im looking to get shredded heres my diet im not putting all the macros down because i dont know the math but just give me suggestions please on what to change

    Meal 1:
    3 Egg Whites, 1 Whole Egg 1/2 cup oatmean

    Meal 2:
    whey protein shake/6 oz. chicken breast 2 tbsp. of flax seed oil

    Meal 3:
    tin chicken breast salad with no fat dressing

    WORKOUT

    Meal 4:
    Whey Protein shake

    Meal 5:
    1/2 cup oatmeal 6 oz chicken breast salad with no fat dressing

    Meal 6:
    whey protein shake

    No one is gonna help you until you post the macros. We cannot help you efficiently without knowing how much you're consuming.

    Your diet is horrible.. go buy a nutrition store with all the whey you're consuming I heard prices went up.

    btw, post your macros so we can tear it apart but from looking at it you'll lose quite a bit of muscle on that diet.

    lol i assume it was horrible but I just finished doing all the macros for it so hopefully you will completely destroy my diet i want all the help and advice i can get so please tear it up


    Meal 1:

    ˝ cup oatmeal Cal: 130 Fat: 1g Carbs: 29g Protein: 4g
    3 Whole Eggs Cal: 210 Fat: 15g Carbs:2g Protein: 20g

    Meal 2:

    1 tin tuna Cal: 220 Fat: 5g Carbs:0g Protein: 40g
    2 slices whole wheat bread Cal: 200 Fat: 0g Carbs: ~~40g?? Protein: 8g

    Meal 3:

    Turkey Burger Cal: 150 Fat: 7g Carbs: 0g Protein: 22g
    Salad with NF Dressing Cal: 100 Not sure the other macros

    Meal 4:

    8 oz Chicken Breast Cal: 250 Fat: 5g Carbs: 2g Protein: 42g
    Lettuce with 1TBSP Olive Oil Cal: 120 Fat: 14g Carbs: 0g Protein: 0g

    Meal 5:
    8 oz. top round or skirt steak Cal: 400 Fat: 12g Carbs: 0g Protein: 62g




    Totals: Cal: 1780
    Fat: 59g
    Carbs: 73g
    Protein: 202g

    1780kCals? What in the sam hell is that gonna do? Please look up the harris benedict formula and find how many calories you need to maintain. You should be starting a cutting diet off the top of my head well over 2500kCals..

    ok i did it and its about 2600 calories or so but thats because i dont know what im doing i need help and thats why im here...im getting told that my diet is horrible so please fix it instead of berating it...

    that doesnt help me it just puts me in the same place i started

    Thats my job to tell you that your dietary approach is god awful. That way you think, damn i guess i need to change it.

    What is 2600Kcals? Your needed amount to maintain?

    Take your needed kCals to maintain, and drop it by 200kCals every week or two or as needed. And keep carbs up, i have learned this lesson recently myself, dont be scared of carbs. They are your friend and they aid in the repair process and your workouts will not suffer.
