My First Real Diet
Alright guys, I'm pretty stoked, I'm starting my first real diet and I know I'm not gunna screw it up like I have before, lol... I'm basically following The Unoffical bulking guide in the stickies roughly... A lot of chicken, fish, beef, rice, veggies, etc... All the good stuff in mass quantities! Wish me luck!

If you're looking for real results it needs to be put to paper with exact macros.

Oh I know, I am... I'm writing down the Calories, Fat, Protein, Carbs, and Protein of each meal I consume...

Nah paper is too messy, go with software or a pda.
