30 minutes of cardio prior to hitting the weights is catabolic. Lifting for two hours may be overtraining...it also seems like severe overkill...how can you maintain intensity for that long?

post workout cardio would be preferable to preworkout.

Definitely over-training, I don't train over an hour.

youll get over trained real quick with that routine. id drop the 30 mins of cardio before and cut that 2 hours of iron time in half. It might work alright to workout for 2 hours straight but youd prolly get alot more bang for your buck doing 45-60 mins of pumping iron.

I find cardio much easier and affective on non lifting days(2 hours minimum 2x weekly).

You be the judge, bro. I would highly suggest nixing the pre workout cardio, though. No point burning through glycogen stores prior to pumping.

yea only reason im doing pre-workout is i have a police agility test next thurs, and im having trouble with the mile and half run....need to do it in 12:25 and my fastest so far is 13:50. So i run before so im at full strength energy wise, im gonna cut it out after next thurs and only do post workout cardio
