    I Love Bodybuilding

    Okay, so I just got into the whole "diet" scene and I'm loving it... Before I thought it was too much of a hassle to cook my own food all the time and wondered how everyone did it... Thanks to you guys I've got a pretty solid meal plan down throughout the day. I'm learning how to make recipes with chicken and fish when I cook it, I feel more energized throughout the day, and I'm already seeing gains after starting the diet on Monday (and I just got off Creatine as well)... So thanks to everyone for helping me and I have 1 question, I'm bulking right now taking in between 3k to 3.5k calories a day and I'm wondering how much fat is okay to take in? I burn fat real easily so I have included dairy products into my diet, but I'm just wondering what I should keep my fat below... Thanks again guys!

    Stay arround or below 120g of fat and good luck with the new diet.

    It is all about the overall calories you consume in a day, ANYONE can consume dairy and not gain fat as long as their calories are still at or below maintenance. So asking about how much fat you can consume shouldnt be determined by the macro breakdown of your diet, whether you are doing a 40/40/20 (P/C/F) or maybe 35/45/20 or 50/35/15...there are lots of combinations. It would be best if you figured this out and based your diet around it. It can take some times to figure out what your body responds best to but this is the best way to create a proper diet.
