Hi guys,

I hyperextended my kneee in the middle of a bulk cycle. That's going to mean rehab on it somewhat.

I believe I am going to have to switch from a bulk to a get the fat off of me diet and exercise program til the rehab is done.

I'm reading the diet plans here and researching. I want as much of it off as I can. I'm willing to do what it takes and everything to do that. Take me to the extreme! Fat burners... whatever... I'm ready to the the rest of my six pack!
