    There is no set limit.

    It is individual-based.

The old myth was your body can only digest 30g of protein per meal. It has since then been put to rest. Example being, do you think Arnold grew to the size he was by eating only 30g of prot. per meal? Hardly.

Just to add my two cents here....

On this old myth, has there been any sorta consensus or numbers of any kind? Granted A LOT has to do with the individuals makeup simply, but any numbers to even play with at all...or just guessing for the most part?

On my language, mange=many, on english so I GOT IT lol.

How much protein you can absorbe per meal also has alot to with if your on cycle, natty and diet. Many anabolics will increase protein syntheize.

That the body only can absorbe a certain number gram protein per meal is not thrue obviously. And basically the more LBM you hold, the more protein you will need.

LMAO - the above is true but could be used as an answer to many questions on here:

Q What is a sensible daily dose of dbol ?

A There is no set limit, it is individual-based.

Q How many sets should I do for chest?

A There is no set limit, it is individual-based.

As I said while the answer technically is true it is also not really very helpful and could be taken to be a slightly smartass reply and of very little use to the thread starter. Fair enough if you want to start your reply by pointing that out but then at least give the guy a freakin clue i.e. a sensible range that the answer could fall within.

VanTheMan: Try working it out the other way round, i.e. work out your daily protein requirement and then split it evenly between your meals, ideally in the region of about 6.

Agreed. You need to look at the bigger picture here.
