Question Diet on Holiday!?! HELP :)

Hey all, I am going to be finishing a cycle about 3 days before I go on holiday for a week to Italy.. So im gonna need to keep eating to keep my gains etc..

How does everyone go about this.. ?

do you take supplements/food away with you..
If so what do you take..
how do you regulate how much food intake.. ?

Any opinions or help as how to get my balance of carbs/protein?

    Much appreciated =)

Sounds to me like you don't have a diet setup. You need to put this stuff to paper, its the only way you can calculate what you need. Figure up a diet for you goals. Cook the food, put it in containers and carry it with you. This isn't rocket science.

Bring oatmeal, cans tuna, almonds, etc. But if your going on hloiday, why not chill for a few days. I mean if you cycled, trained, and dieted right, your body deserves a break. Just dont go overboard

Italy. You shouldn't have a prob with carbs there. lol I always take my protein powders and bars with me just in case. Italian food should be easy for you to keep things clean.
