    Tuna Safety?

    Ok guys,

I LOVE tuna, esp. when bulking or cutting...

I remember reading somewhere though regarding the safety of over eating on tuna cause of high levels of lead or tin or something along those lines. Anyone know of any of this? Does it hold and merit? How much tuna is safe to eat on a daily or weekly basis?

Yup, agree with the above post. This topic has been covered MANY times already. Running a simple search would save us all time and save the board bandwidth.

And there is mercury in tuna, and you can eat a ton of tuna its not gonna harm you or else many people would be sick already.

I would say nothing to worry about seeing as how men don't normally get pregnant. Then again, if you get gyno bad enough to nurse....... lol
