    protein shake

    hello all I am 35yo 6.1 and about 184lbs "not very big" I took a few years off and had a poor diet but I am now back in the gym 7months or so I have a fast metabolism but yet put on some fat anf find it hard to burn off what is the best protine mix for before I workout and post workout.... I been on muscle milk but it has a lot of calories 350 in water 160 from fat I am looking for a good base line per,post shake..thanks

    I would throw that junk out and use regular way with oats

    Glad to hear your back in the game man!! Hah bro if you trying to lose fat i wouldnt suggest using muscle milk. Its garbage all around IMO. It has a lot of cals and fat. I would try using a 100% when protein such as Optimum Nutrition.

    drink ''whey protein'' with water soluble. i intake about 4 scoops post workout(meal replacer). 4 scoops before i go to sleep. do it to it.

    I like Isopure zero carb, 50 grams protein per serving, no carbs.

    as stated 100 % Whey from ON is my protein mix of choice. Isopure is great with the zero carb thing and 50g of protein, it's just a little more expensive but is a high quality product as well
