Nighttime Protein?
How many here have tried those nighttime protein formulas? I was just given a box of the SomnaBol-PM (with NitroVarin). It’s an overnight protein/mineral complex made by Klein-Becker. It is designed to overcome nocturnal (sleep-induced) post-absorptive muscle catabolism. It is also suppose to help maximize muscle growth during slow-wave sleep. I was just curious if anyone has used this product before.

i wouldn't pay 100 bucks for that stuff, by some juice the gains would be better lol, i would use normal caesin protein before bed, it breaks down slower basically the same idea as the klein and becker product

A friend just finished taking the SomnaBol-PM. The only thing he said it did for him was it made him sleep much better. Other than that he didn't really say he gained to much. I personally wouldn't waste the money, It's like a hundred bucks for some of it and I don't think from my boys experience, it's worth it.

It's bullshit!
They say 30 day supply, but if you read the fine print they assume you workout every other day so it's only 15 packets. For $100 !!!
$6 for 20g of a protein mix? Are you f*cking kidding me?
This company should be sued to hell.
Oh, and sorry to spoil the surprise, but the "magic substance" that they add that boosts testosterone levels ? Did you guess zinc? Yep, you're correct. F*cking Zinc! It won't even be absorbed because of the calcium from the protein.
God, it just pisses me off when these companies take out 3 page ads and use all this vague psuedoscience to sell CRAP.

Forget all that shit. $100 for 15 servings. Just down a protein shake before bed.

If you are bulking add some fat to your last meal too - this slows down digestion as the stomach releases the food out to the small intestines slower....

Well if the price is as high as you say I would not bother with it. There are many other products out there that will do the same thing with alot less cost to the pocket book.
