    1 scoop Strawberry Whey

    1 scoop Choclate PM Protien

    1/2 Cup Oats

    Sprinkle on some Cinamon

    Im done with all shakes just cant stand them no more.Its strange years of using them,Im just sick of this shit.I prefer liquid aminos now,as the amount is so small yet its the same bang as a shake and no bloat.Will miss Casein shakes tho,,,

    I been using liquid amino's for a while. By far my favourite thing to do, mixed with 10g BCAA's.

    What I also love about it is that if I do choose to do cardio PWO I can still have my liquid aminos, they are zero carb zero fat. So my glycogen is still gone but I can replenish some amino's.

    Goose brand name casein did you use to take? I cant stand the kind i have and cant imagine anyone who would like the taste of casein/

    Love Casein!

    I been using some in my post workout shake mixed with Whey being I don't eat for about another hour to hour and half after PWO shake. (Pinnacles suggestion)
