If you were going to the store:
And you were buying food for your diet what would you get for either bulk or cutting or both?
Specifically this would be on my list:
For Lean Bulk -
Large Eggs
1% Milk
Low Sugar Orange Juice
Pam
Sugar Supp
Whole Wheat Bread and Bagels
Fat Free Cheese
Oats
Water
Chicken breast
Tuna
No sugar ketchup
and of course ON protein

Also dont forget to get that natural peanut butter..if you see the smackers natural with honey man it is so good..

5lbs chicken breast
3.5L egg whites
5lbs potatoes
3lbs Oats
7lbs green beans
1lb asparagus
