Curious to see what you guys think of my cutting diet...
I write down everyday what i eat just cuz it keeps me organized. Im all natural and had a good Bulk this past winter. I was up to 216 lbs with about 16% body fat. Ive been cutting for the last 2 months, Cardio is up... Carbs are down but i do cycle them. Giving myself high carb days, med carb days, and somedays no carbs. Check it out....
8:30: 7 hard boiled eggs(WHITES), oatmeal
11:30: roast beef and cheese on a WW wrap
2:30: tuna fish with salsa and broccoli with some almonds
5:30 chicken with red pepper
8:15: protein shake
WORKOUT
10:15: protien shake with oats
11:15: cottage cheese, almonds, handful of cashews, tsp of peanut butter
This is basically what i end up doing most of my days. I work full time, than go to school so i go to the gym late. Hit me back with some comments. Thanks alot.

I dont have time to be counting cals, im lucky enough to get to the gym and get my meals in. However i eat until im satisfied and carbs are always 1 serving size, for example oatmeal is 1/2 cup for serving....so thats what i have.
