Veggie Burgers healthy a good choice?
Hello!
well the reason im askin is because since regular hamburgers from rest. are usually deep fried in fat, or are fatty, or basically not a great choice to eat if your on a cutting diet, what about veggie burgers?
now dont get me wrong, i know hamburgers are ok, and there actually good for you if YOU make them in your own home with good ingeredients and BBQ in your backyard than deep fry them at Mc. D's or Papa's BBQ, but i mean, what are your thoughts about VEggie burgers?
there ya go!! thats my question, what are your thoughts on Veggie burgers for someone on a cutting diet?
what are some pro's n con's in veggie burgers? should i just stay away or can is it ok to have one for a meal once in a while?
thank in advance for all your help!

I personally wouldn't go for ANY burgers at all when I'm cutting. Plus veggie burgers are just useless calories with almost no protein...and the patties are mostly pan fried...
this is a no brainer for me
