    How is my cutting diet

    Meal 1:
    1 cup oats
    8 whole eggs

    Meal 2:
    8oz of 96/4 beef
    1 table spoon all natural PB

    Meal 3:
    2 chicken breasts
    ***** 3,6,9
    2 table spoons all natural PB

    work out

    post workout:
    2 scoop vitargo cgl
    3 scoop ON whey

    Meal 4:
    2 chicken breasts
    1 cup green beans
    1 tablespoon all natural PB

    Meal 5:
    2 talapia fish fillets
    1 cup green beans
    1 tablespoon all natural PB

    Meal 6:
    8oz 96/4 beef
    1 small sallad
    2 tablespoons of extra virgine olive oil vinigrette
    3 tablespoons all natural PB

    I'm doing an eca stack as well

    How is anyone supposed to know if that is good or not? In theory it looks good but the amounts I have no clue about, do you?

    Please post your stats and the macro breakdowns of each meal and then the total, only then can we give you any decent advice.

    hey, with out your stats like weight,bf%,age,training routine, and any of the supplements your on we are unable to give you a valued judgment whether your diet is correct.....

    Damn, you must be psychic. Why does it look good for a 200lb male? You know how many kCals that totals? I agree the principal of his approach looks good (food choices, fats etc) but I am to lazy to figure out the amounts, that is his job. I also notice the lack of carbs..i will wait until he figures it up before taking that one on.

    Ok, with your stats that puts you at around 2,850kCals ED to "maintain" your current weight.

    The next step is to find out the totals for your diet you posted above and see where it is and then add or take away as needed.
