What are foods with good fat in them?
all i come up with is peanuts....
im making a list of all the foods for each coresponding category in macros, prot. carbs n fat
but for the good fat part, all i come up with is peanuts and peanut butter
can you guys help me out?
here my list so far, tell me what you think?

umm....... anything else?

many of the protein choices you've already listed contain fat. read up.

when I diet I watch my carb intake more than my fat intake

salmon!!!!! flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, olive oil, MCT oil, my favorite by far is alaskan salmon, I eat it raw all the time. I eat salmon everyday multiple times a day when cutting, it helps energy levels so much when you are carb depleting.
