Trying to Bulk - Feel like this diet should be good but...

But... I can't get up to the 3300+ calories I should be having according to Harris Elliot.

    Here it is:

    Meal 1:
Oats w/ Scoop of Whey Protein in it
    C: 21 P: 28 F: 3

    Meal 2:
Tuna w/ FF Cheese + 2 Slices Wheat Bread + Whey Protein
    C: 35 P: 59 F: 5

    Meal 3:
Brown Rice, Grilled Chicken, 1 Slice Wheat Bread + Whey Protein
    C: 42 P: 61 F: 4

    Meal 4:
Sweet Potato + Turkey Burger + FF American + Whey Protein + 1 Wheat Brd
    C: 58 P: 62 F: 3

    Meal 5:
Grilled Chicken + 1 Slice Wht Bread + FF Cheese + Whey Protein + Mixed Veggies
    C: 39 P: 62 F: 4

    Meal 6 (before bed):
    FF Cottage Cheese
    C: 6 P: 12 F: 0

    Totals: 2159 Cal
    Carbs: 203 g 35%
    Protein: 277 g 55%
    Fat: 20 g 10%

    Stats: 5'9 169, 20 years old
    Lifting 5 days/week
    Lifting for 2 years

For every meal besides 1 and 6, I used to do 2 scoops of Whey (48g)

What can I do/what am I doing wrong? Thanks!

i'm going to assume you haven't tried this diet out??

that looks like it is above the caloric needs for your LBM. you could grow on that diet for sure.

now, if you want more cals...
1.whenever you eat meat, add more to whatever you have in this diet.
    2. meal one you could eat another 1/2 cup of oats with that for an extra 150 cals.
    3. eat something with that cottage cheese before bed, i like all natural peanut butter, but keeping yourself to 2 tablespoons can be hard.

Nova - Your right, I haven't been doing it consistently, but I will be. I just thought it was too low. I guess I will have to just add more of the same stuff. Should I go back to 2 scoops of Whey or is it just not getting absorbed and being stored as fat?

sure, you can go with two scoops. but i think if you train hard and progressively lift more weight you can grow.

totally depends on your individual body, your metabolism, and your LBM. on a positive note, it is far harder for your body to store protein than fat. and MUCH harder than most think. don't overly overdo it and you will be fine.
