    Trying to cut up...

    Hey guys...i know very little about dieting. Ive been researching and i have found alot of contradictory information...I understand everyone is differnet but the info i have found shouldnt be contradictory, even outside of everyones body's differences...I see that cheating is for pussies and people shouldnt have a cheat day, then i read we should, i read that the whole calory theory is a myth then i read on another board, its common sense, take in less than you burn to burn fat. It just seems like alot of contradictory statements so im just gonna throw this out there and you guys please tell me what you think...

    I weighed in at 184 on monday, i dunno how much body fat but i got a lil belly....arms and legs are fine...i just let my drinking and dieting or lack there of get the best of me over the past 6 or 7 months and now im trying to fight back...

    Ive been doing cardio all this week for my first week and i havent noticed much but i know it will take more than a week to notice, i just wanna make sure i am on the right track.. I do about 1 on the treadmill, mile on the bike, and a mile on the elliptical, as i progress obviously i am gonna go farther...

    As for a diet i havent a clue

    I am tryin it like this:

    1st meal: oatmeal, fibrous cereal with skim milk, possibly piece of whole grain/wheat bread
    2nd meal: 6 eggs...3 whole 3 white only
    3rd meal: Tuna
    4th meal: Protein Bar
    5th meal: Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Salad with lowfat dressing
    Workout: Cardio
    6th meal: PWO Shake and something else, not sure what else to throw in there before bed

    I usually get back from work around 4 or 5ish, to hit that 4th meal, just something small to hold me over till 630ish for dinner(5th meal). I go to the gym around 8ish then im not really sure what to do after the gym.

    Any info would help. Ive done some reading but like i said it all seems to be contradictory. I would like to drop 10 to 15 lbs..Thanks for any help or suggestions
