Please critique my bulking diet...its my first
Whats up guys! This is my first ever real diet ive ever wrote up and am going to follow. Ive been following it for a few weeks now and all in all i like it. Its a great improvement from what ive been eating in previous years, but it could probably use a little help from you guys, and id really appreciate any advice. My goal is to gain lean mass without putting on a ton of excess bf...some is ok...im fairly lean
I calculated my BMR and it is 1850. I run around a lot due to my job and figured out my daily caloric expenditure is around 3300. So i need to eat about 3800-4000. Im close to it but need more cals in the diet. btw im 23yrs old 5'7'' tall and 175lbs
7:00am
3 whole eggs
1 slice am cheese
1 whole wheat muffin
2 tablesp nat pb total: 744cal 37g pro
(note: i have a very hard time eating in the morning...this is about all i can eat)
10:00am
1/2 large pouch of tuna
mayo
1 serving of wheat thins total: 285cal 25g pro
12:00pm
2 cups brn rice
5oz chic or lean ground beef
broccoli
bbq sauce total: 818 cal 45g pro
4:00pm (pre wo)
2 scoops ON whey
1/2 cup oats total: 390 cal 50g pro
7:00pm (pwo)
5 oz chic or lean ground beef
2 cups brn rice or wheat pasta
broccoli
bbq sause total: 818 cal 45g pro
9:00pm
1/2 cup cottage ch
2 tablespoons nat pb total: 280 cal 23g pro
This brings total cal: 3335 total pro: 225g
keep in mind this is my first diet :-) Thanks guys for any advise you can give me!
