lazy great breakfast shake
4 eggwhites 5cubes of ice 1cup and half of oatmeal tablespoon of peanutbutter dont remember how much skim milk i used maybe 10-16oz and a banana best shake i ever had was quite tasty woulda just made a whey protien shake but i ran outta powder so i made that up

Every morning I make a "wake up" shake which includes:
16oz of water
3 scoops of Met-Rex Instanized Whey (with BCAA's)
1 scoop of Carbo powder
1 tbls of Glucosomine
1 half banana
1 skinned Apple
1 tbls of natty peanutbutter
6 ice cubes
UMMMMMMMMMMMM!!! I can wait to go to sleep now, so i can wake up and enjoy one!
1.5 hours later.... 8 egg whites, 1 cup of oats, Multi and Flax.Last edited by Mogamedogz; 08-12-2007 at 12:20 AM.

16oz skim milk and two scoops of whey.

this is my favorite. i ve tried hood carb countdown chocolate milk but i like the soy better, its cheaper.
at night i omit some oats and add 4 heaping tablespoons of milled up flax seed.

Goatmeal:
1 cup of oatmeal
2 scoops of whey
16 oz. water
1 uneasy feelin' morning stomach

18 tablespoons of egg-whites(30g protein)
1 cup of oats
2 tablespoons of all-natty pb
1 little container of strawberry carb control yogurt
6-8 tablesppons of waldens calorie free sugar free strawberry syrup
a little glutamine
= damn good breakfast

2-3 eggs
1 cup of organic oatmeal
3 scoops of whey
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 bannana
1 teaspoon honey
1-2 pints of water or milk.
