Please critique Diet/Training/Cycle plan
Long time reader, infrequent poster here.
Just wanted to get some feedback on a diet/training and cycle plan that I have...need help in a few areas.
Quick stats on me:
31 y/o
6ft
Solid 195lbs.
8-10% BF
Training for 7 years all natural
Started lifting at 155 and put 40lbs on all natty...never lifted before 24 y/o
Goals:
-Put on quality 15-25lbs. of clean mass, maintain healthy weight and size. -Reduce fat to 6-8% BF
This is the Diet plan:
Meal #1 7 am
-12 Egg White/3 whole
-1 cup Oatmeal
-1 cup lowfat yogurt/cottage cheese
Meal #2 9 am
-6 oz. Chicken breast
-1 cup Brown Rice/Basmati rice
-1 apple
Meal #3 11-12 pm
-2 cups wheat pasta/rice
-3/4 cup salsa/lowfat marinara sauce
-5 oz. chicken breast/ground turkey
Meal #4 2-3 pm
-4oz. Eye of Round beef/Ground Beef 95% Fat free
-1 cup Frozen veggies
-1/2 cup almonds or walnuts and 4 tbsp. natty PB
Meal #5 6 pm (post-workout)
-1 serving 40-50gr. Whey protein
-2 cups whole milk
-1 tbsp. Flaxseed oil
-4 rice cakes
Meal #6 7 pm
-5 oz. Chicken Breast
-1 cup rice
-1 cup veggies
Meal #7 8 pm
-6 oz. Chicken breast
-Baked Potatoe/Sweet potatoe
Total Cals. 4600
Total Protein 350 gr.
Total Carbs 350 gr.
Fats 100 gr.
1 gal. of water daily
Flexible on subbing out some food items for others of equal value.
Training Plan:
Week 1-8
Mon - Chest/Tris
Tues - Back/Bis
Weds - Shoulders
Thurs - Legs
Fri - Lagging body parts/circuit train for 30-45 mins.
Sat/Sun - Rest
Week 9-12
Mon - Chest/Tris/Shoulders
Tues - Back/Bis
Wed - Legs
Thur-Sat - Repeat Mon-Wed.
Most exercises will be basic compound exercises. Approx. 4-5 exercises per body part, 3-4 sets at 6-10 reps a piece not including warm ups
Cardio will be performed either in the am after Meal 1 or post workout M-W-F
Cycle plan is sketchy at this point. I plan on supplementing a TRT program but am unclear as to what I will be prescribed. Right now I am hedging my bets on Test C or P at weekly shots...my endo is giving me the option as to delivery method. I would like to supplement this with possibly Dbol , EQ or something along those lines. I'm looking for suggestions! PCT will include prescribed arimidex or nolva for pre-existing gyno. Might need more info on PCT protocols and what is available to me. I have a source for almost anything, so I am willing to adjust.
I plan on using the Novice Cycle 3 as outlined on the homepage, basically consisting of Test E or C for 12 weeks and Dbol for 12 as well...I may need to supplement the amount that is going to be clinically administered, which I'm gathering will be around 200mgs a week
Please, positive criticism only. If I'm all fukkered up then let me know what I need to adjust...everything thing is adjustable.

at meal 5 i would use water instead of milk and omit the flax oil, for faster digestion.
meal 4 i would eat at least 6oz of meat.
you could drink more water too.
it looks pretty good, i would eat more green veggies.

but thats what the dbol is for, if you dont notice it enough on 20-30mg you could up it to 40-50mg per day. i got good pumps of 20-30mg.
