    Diet

    Ok this is going to be my diet as from mon/20/8/07 my goal is just to clean up my eating habbits if any one can add to this i would be greatful Sample Diet:

    7am Meal 1: AllProtein shake
    1xtoast brown bread
    Coffee
    Vitamins
    1xLitre of water

    10am Meal 2: All
    6xegg whites.1whole
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1xLitre of water

    12.15pm Meal 3: Pick one
    Tuna salad
    Tuna baked potato
    Chicken and rice
    1xLitre of water

    3.15pm Meal 4: All
    Protein shake
    1x banana
    1xLitre of water

    5pm Meal 5: P W O
    2X White bread toasted
    Coffee
    1x Apple
    1xLitre of water
    8pm Meal 6:
    Protein shake
    Apple
    1xLitre of water
    9.30pmMeal 7:
    Tuna
    Chicken
    Beef

    use spaces and add macros ( carbs/protein/fat for each meal)

    you will get more responses.
