Egg Whites, Cooked or Shake?
What would you with? and does it make a difference in how your body absorbs better the protein of egg whites? if you were to cook the eggs whites or down them in a shake. Do you loose any protein grams when cooking the egg whites?

Yes, cook them.
Eating them raw, you only absorb about 50% of the protein. Don't have a facts page but I know I could dig one up.
No, no protein will be lost cooking them.
