    Post Your Breakfast Meals !!!

    Hello !!!

Ok im sure all of us here would love to know what kind of breakfasts we all eat! Not only that, but we are all wondering what different kind of foods we can have for a good breakfast with the outcome of either Bulking or Leaning.

So now, why dont we post what we eat for breakfast!!

Lets all see what other are eating so we can have a wide variety of great foods to eat for breakfast and breakout the usual 10eggs whites 2 cups of oatmeal deal!!

lets me start off with mine, here is one breakfast meal i like to eat (and yes it has eggs and oatmeal )

whole egg 6g pro <1 carb
    6 egg whites 24g pro <1 carb
2 slices of ham (97% fat free) 12g pro 1g carb
2 scoop of whey protein 31g pro 14g carb
1 cup of oatmeal 3g pro 42g carb
2 tblsp of flax seed 4g pro 8g carb

we looking at 80g pro 67g carb

    this is my leaning diet

You can post your bulking breakfast or your leaning breakfast for all of us to see!!

Please be sure to state the macros and what are your goals with the mentioned breakfast!!

Im sure with all of us offering little bits of our recipes, our breakfast menus will get bigger!!

Who knows, maybe STBMan2003 from Australia likes to eat kangaroo meat for his breakfast with some wheat bread and OJ

Maybe 2Much4U from New York loves to eat 1 cup of GrapeNuts, 1 cup of skim milk, sliced bananas and 4 caramel rice cakes

the possibilities are endless!! Lets all add our recipes!!!

Im looking forward to some creative menus !!!!

I tried my own spin on ckyass's Tuna creation yesterday: 4 Whole eggs, scrambled, and while i was scrambling the eggs i mixed them with 1/2 can of salmon and 1/2 can of light tuna in water, 1/2 avacado, diced, and 3 Tbsp salsa. Honestly this wasn't my finest creation, but it was rather edible and definitely something different. it contains: 480 calories 31.5 g Fat 50g Protein 21 carbs

Slaiv you never listed the fat content of your breakfast. The fat in Ruggers is really high wow.

10-15g per meal is the max for me thats for sure.

    My breakfast is usually
    16 egg whites
    4tbsp milled flax
    1 cup oats

Yah a lot of that is from the avacado, they're kind of high in fat, but it's mostly poly and mono
