    Quick question regarding nutrient amount intake

    lets say for my daily macros, im not to exceed 39g of fat

    well.... would that have to be evenly distributed throughout the day? or can i eat it all at once and not any more fat?

    for example, i wanna try this meal that is delicious !!!

    but it requires in total the amount of 3 tblsp of olive oil totaling to 32g of fat (14g a tblsp)

    would i be able to eat that and still be ok if im within my macros? or is that TOO MUCH to ingest at one time?!

    Spread it as evenly as you can.

    daaamnit........ i just consumed a little under 30g of fat :'(

    and i have GAS like a mofo !!!!!

    If you ate all your daily fat intake in one meal it seems it would be harder to find food choices for the rest of the day. I wouldn't worry about it so much, count it as your cheat meal. Maybe cut the fat the next day.
