    dextrose & maltodextrin

    for cutting where can I get the 2 ? and how much do I need 50% of each

    i wouldnt mess w/ em.. there are far better carb sources for pwo.. no need for so much sugar... the insulin spike really isnt that beneficial.

    Woah woah.... hold up Tai your saying that insulins roll in muscle building PWO is of no consequence?

    im not neglecting insulin but even exogenous use of insulin isnt exactly a godsend.

    pre work out nutrition is as important as pwo if not more-so.

    Just checking =P I am a firm believer in Pre workout nutrition usualy 3 servings of oats and 8oz chicken breast 30-45 minutes pre workout and 50g malto + 50g whey followed by a similar meal as preworkout 30min later for post..... only run dextrose when using slin...
