    critique poor college student's diet

    wake up

    protein shake

    (shower)

two bowls kashi go lean cereal (or oatmeal)

    (class)

roasted chicken salad from quiznos (i know quiznos not good) - lettuce, tomatoes, honey mustard dressing, chicken. NO BACON NO CHEESE

    (class)

    6 eggs with salsa

    (gym)

shake w/ 3 scoops whey protein, 2 scoops peanut butter, oats, banana

    4 cans tuna

for dinner (one or two of these) -
    frozen lean cuisine meals
double turkey sandwich from subway (on wheat bread)
    chicken breasts
    chunky man soups from campbells

    protein shake before bed

assorted other foods throughout the day, this is just the bare minimum i get - i'm bulking

    stats - 6'1, 205, 8-10 percent bodyfat (maybe lower)

about to start 2nd cycle - test e 500 mg, eq 500 mg for 12 weeks

any suggestions/ideas for cheap good sources of protein, or good foods to add in here i can get at the supermarket would be GREATLY APPRECIATED

id do oats instead of kashi..buy store brand oats and all u need is water.. kashi is more expensive than oats... also what are your goals? whats the caloric intake your taking with each of your meals? how long are your classes 50 min? that would mean ur eating a meal every hour?

If you can afford quiznos every day you can afford to buy good quality food for a month.

do you really eat 6 eggs a day ? eggs is good because its has high protein with low fat but it has it's high in cholesterol which is bad, 6 is quite the amount.. i also read you should eat eggs for every breakfast 7 days a week, it should be like 4 days

too much protien. I would never exceed 40 grams per every two hours unless your on insulin
for dinner (one or two of these) -
frozen lean cuisine meals stay away from
double turkey sandwich from subway (on wheat bread) calories around 700, carbs 92 and protien around 72, from my research Id stay away from this one too
    chicken breasts
chunky man soups from campbellsstay away from

I didnt mean 150g in wheight total. I meant 160g of protien. that doesnt change when it dries. you are way over here on what your body can process in one setting.
