    Raw food, realy interested

That might sound stupid but here it goes:

As I mentioned in my diet I try to get my calories up a lot (5000+)
I have no probs eating loads of food but I just think drinking is the most convenient way of getting the calories.
For example when I eat my 150grams of oat flakes i just put them in a shaker put some water till it reaches the top grab another shaker and scoop out the oats spoon by spoon and gulp some water to make them go down easer.

Now the question is can you choke down rice that way or some other grain like material? or you have to cook them first?

I got used to that drinking business after staying on the meal replacement shakes for a while. I know it's a bad habit but it also works

Aren't most oats pre-cooked anyways?, You could try some pre-cooked rice. ie. instant rice.

Pre-cocked rice are usually full of fat or we don't have decent ones here. I'm not sure about oats, it's a grain material. I buy it as oat flakes and drink em'

    I hope I don't lose any of the 390kcals per 100gram.
