    Check it out

    I've changed up my diet (not that it was bad before) I took some ideas from others here that I liked and changed em a bit to suit me...what do ya think?
    I didn't add in but eat fresh veggies with all meals except PWO shake.

    food -5AM - wake - cardio 30-45min (usually 4 days a week)
    supp -5AM - 5g glutamine in 1 cup of OJ / Multivitamin / vitamin D 1000iu

    MEAL 1
    food -6AM - 56g (2oz) dry oats / 1/2 cup (2) egg whites
    supp -6AM - 1cup skim+1scoop ON whey/ R-ALA 200mg+Biotin 1mg/ Arginine
    5g, Ornithine 3g, Leucine 1g

    - 51g-p/55.8g-c/5.2g-f

    MEAL 2
    food -8AM - 153.4g (5.4oz) grilled chicken/25.5g (.89oz) Tuna
    (canned/water)/100g (3.53oz) brown rice

    Looks pretty good to me bro, The only things I could see that I'd work on would be trying to eleminate as much of the fat as possible out of your Pro/Carb Meals (2 and 4).

    Only other thing I'd change would be less shakes... but then again thats because I hate shakes and try to limit myself to PWO only... Whey gives me gas, lol.

    Well I'm not the biggest fan of the whole Pro/carb pro/fat BS, if I wanted to take the fat out I could, by not using the Udo's 3-6-9 oil, but obviously I've chosen not to.

    As far as the shakes the one at 2am is obviously for convenience, and the one that is in my first meal is mixed with real foods to slow the digestion process and hopefully get the most out of it. ON whey has other good ingredients that I like having in my system after doing 45 min of cardio. Not to mention if I don't wake up in the middle of the night to drink my whey then it would go to waste if I didn't drink it w/ my 1st meal.

    With the shake after my workout, I drink that with waximaze which is complex carbs, and for me it works great. I know people like to debate weather to take a shake after working out or to just eat. but like I said for me it works.
