Time to get Serious! (Diet Log)

    Ok

So I let myself get away from proper diet, and having turned 21 about 6 months ago... lets just say some celebritory drinking took it's toll. But, I've had it with that and with this gut I've developed!

    Stats: 21yo, 6'2", Roughly 210lbs, and roughly 15-17% bf

Goal: Cut until I'm "ripped" probably about 8% bf would be my guess, before I'll want to put some more size on. I'm guessing this will take between 20-30 lbs of loss depending on how well I preserve my LBM.

    Diet will be:

    Pro/Carb 350kcal
    Pro/Fat 300kcal
    PWO Shake 250kcal
    Pro/Carb 350kcal
    Pro/Fat 300kcal
    Pro/Fat 300kcal
    Pro/Fat 300kcal

    2150kcal Roughly

I'll post a days meal example tomorrow

This is my declaration of commitment more then anything!

I find it always helps to put it out there, even if its just telling a friend of my goals. This way here I'll feel less of my self if I don't do what I say, which I won't let happen.

I don't know what body type you have or how active you are during the day but IMO you should have a few more cal per day in there and step up the cardio.

    Good luck!

I agree it definatly helps me to commit publicly because the last thing I want is to become a liar.

And yeah I know I really should be taking in about 500-700 more Kcals but to be honest when I'm just starting back into eating right, even just this much is hard for me to get down until I get used to it after a week or too. You just get SO much more food when you eat clean.

Thanks for the encouragement and advice!
