    [640 calories; 38g protein; 100g carbs; 3g fat]

    Meal 4 - Preworkout shake, Isopure w/oats

    [630 calories; 50g protein; 78 carbs, 6g fat]

Meal 5- Postworkout shake, Isopure w/ dextrose

    [270 calories; 50g protein; 60g carbs; 1g fat]

Meal 6 - PPW meal -6 oz chicken breast, 2 cup brown rice

    [740 calories; 54 g protein; 100g carbs; 7g fat]

your carb intake is high also... use tais example of ratios to make your meals more consitant... also your drinking a shake pre work out and post work out? ... seems like you should have a solid before you lift so i would take out meal 4 or lack there of a meal....... and then keep a pwo shake, which will replace nutrients needed. also to help your fat intake throw some almonds in on 2 of the meals... just my .02
