What do I need to fix in my diet...

Here is some info about me:
5'9'', 25 y.o., trying to do a lean bulk. I do 1 hour of cardio 5-6 days a week and weights all on an empty stomach. This is my first time doing a clean, lean bulk and I would like to do it correctly so that I can prevent excess fat gains. I busted my butt for the past year and got down to 6% bf (you can see my pics in the Members Pics area under My Transformation).
What do I need to fix in my diet? Am I ok as far as food intake goes and percentages of macros?

honestly.. i think u would have greater anabolism if you replaced those MR Shakes and other weird things i have never heard of with actual food.

alright but other than that it looks good? my PWO meal is a shake just for convenience which I will leave and change the other two shakes to actual foods. Should I change anything else?

its really just.. "What works for you" .. if its conveinent and works.. stick w/ it.
i have seem some retarded diet schemes but hey they worked for that person so who knows
