    Feedback on my diet.. Trying to Bulk

    I am 32 years weigh 204 5"9 bf? was at one time 12-13% I workout 4 times a week @ 8am and do cardio 1day for 30 mins walking on treadmill . I also walk 5 mins before working out just to get warmed up and also 25 mins on leg days walking only
    ok Here We Go
    Pre workout protein shake
    small banana
    Post workout shake 2 scoops ON whey
    Breakfast
    Elite Protein Oates 2 packages 260 cal each Fat 2.5. Carbs 25g. Protein 35 g
    small banana
    20 oz gatorade
    Meal 2
    2 turk sand on 100% whole wheat bun with mustard 16 oz water
    Meal 3
    1 chk breast
    1 cup brown rice
    1 20oz diet lpt green tea
    1 cup sugar free peaches
    meal 4
    lean body mass 60 meal shake
    610 cal total fat 7g carbs 77g protein 60g
    meal 5
    either fish, chk or steak 1-2 times weekly swith these thru the week
    veg brocolli, carrots,small salad ff dressing swith these thru the week
    night snack p bar, 180 cal 20g protein, 2 net carbs
    1 cup fat free skim milk
    before bed
    1 scoop casein protein shake on
