After workout meal...?
Chipotle - Rice bowl with steak and chicken, double meat, with diet coke??
IS THIS GOOD?

people dont think much of chipotle round here-too much salt and fat
I think its some good shit tho, Id drop the diet coke and just drink water

if youre bulking sure, but id sub the steak with a shake and more chicken and rice. never been to chipotle though....dont know what they have and if they do use some type of sauce try to limit that as much as you possibly can...

Well what are your stats? What are the macro's on that meal? What are your goals? What is your nutrition like the rest of the day?

Good for a cheat meal maybe. the rice has i think 9 grams of fat, the chicken has about 12 grams per scoop, and the steak has a few more grams than the chicken. i personally like to go with double black beans instead of rice. They have possibly the best hot sauce around. The chicken burrito with double black beans, double chicken, hot and pico sauce, sour cream, chease, and lettuce is my typical weekly cheat meal
