    Questions on my diet for GH/Slin

    I am 196 pounds right now. Height is 6". Just started my firdt GH/Slin cycle and wanted to see what ya thought about this diet. I did two shows this last summer got my pics up in the pic fourm. Need some size before I start cutting down for my upcoming summer for shows Thanks for looking it over.

    Meal 1: 7:00 am
    1 cup oatmeal
    3 scoops mass maker by beverly:
    Serving size 3 scoops

    Meal 4: 4:00 same as meal 2 with 1 tbsp flax oil

    workout at 5:00 or 5:30pm
    after workout GH/Slin shot
    10 carbs per iu of slin and 65-90 g protein 5g glutamine ok to add to shake?


    Meal 5: one hour after shot
    10oz chicken
    1 cups broccoli
    10 sweet potatoe or brown rice


    Meal 6: 3 hours after meal 5
    3 scoops ultra size nutrition info:
    1 scoop

    or would this be better for meal 6?

    The reason I asked if the second meal would be better in six is cause I know you need to stay away from fats for the 4 hours humalog is active. I am just looking to gain some nice size befoer cutting down in about march or april. Meals 2 and 4 have to be shakes cause there is no way I have time to eat a real meal.
