Anybody ever try a lemonade diet/fast/cleanse?
I just tried the "lemonade diet" that can be found at the following link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lemonade_diet. However, I didn't fast all day-I just drank the lemonade for breakfast and then ate extremely strict all day. So far, I have done it for about a week and I have never felt better. If you are having trouble with a cutting diet, I suggest you try this because it has eliminated all my craving for any type of impure food.

Not as bad as you think, if you drink it cold. Some recommend to drink it hot, so it has a greater effect, but cold tastes better. Just drink it first thing in the morning and then eat sensibly the rest of the day. It works wonders for loosing weight. Furthermore, my skin feels great and overall I feel really, really, good. Processed foods that I used to eat that I thought were healthy I now avoid like the clap. If I am around someone eating fast food or bacon I nearly puke.
