    Calories in BREAD

A 100% wheat bread has 70 calories, does anyone know the % how much is in the crust?

70 calories per slice. To figure what percentage of crust to bread there is, you would have to seperate them into two piles, weigh each, and then do the math.

^^^ maybe, but the crust is typically more cooked than the bread so it may have lost some of it caloric value???

I remember back in high school we did this experiment to find the caloric value of a certain item by burning it , or something like that. Google it.
