    Please convert!

This is from the "Build Lean Mass" thread stickied right here on the forums. Its almost useless to the average guy who doesn't sit there and weigh all his foods. Can someone please estimate each of these thins into English for the rest of us? 250mL of eggwhites???? and i assume by "gm" he means "g" (grams). Gm isn't the right abbreviation for it. Anything else that is a solid and being measured by weight ... would be helpful... Number of eggs, how many cups of oats ... etc... please ... need this ASAP...

HERE IS...gain lean muscle mass kind of diet...

    buy a scale... lol

you cant convert ml's (volume) to grams (mass) unless you know the density of the food

one of my favorite converters is google. just type

'convert x ml to cups' hit enter and google will provide:

    450 ml = 1.90203877 US cups

works with pretty much any conversion metric.

consistency's right, grams are mass and litres/millilitres are volume, but anything with roughly the same mass as water will be the same (e.g. 250ml egg whites = 250grams)

    From unit converter =

    250 mL = 1.06 cups

    Not exact, but very close.
