Question about your daily FAT intake....
so lets say your daily macros are
285g protein
185g carb
47g fat
so i can make up my fat throughout the day eating P.B., adding some flax seed oil to my shakes and adding some Olive Oil to my salads to get up to the 47g count of the day..... but now my question is...
how about using my oil for cooking? for example if ive already eaten about 31g of fat up to this point (in P.B. and in flax seed oil) obviously i have 16g of fat left. Can i maybe use that 16g of fat in Olive Oil BUT in my cooking?
in other words, if i cook a chicken breast with the remainder of my fat for the day, will it still be ok? am i goin to benefit? or by me "cooking" the olive oil in the chicken, i totally kill the healthy part of it and it just turns into saturated fat and not the poly and mono rich fat that is in the olive oil?
thats my question, i hope you guys can help me out!! if i can in fact cook my chicken in my 2-3tblsp of olive oil and it is still considered "good healthy fat" and added towards my daily macros, then o.... m.... g... my diet has just opened new doors in making my food taste better !!!!!
but yea, please guys if you can help me with this question i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance !!!

if your cutting, dont add the flax seed oil to your PWO shake with all the carbs in it.
As for cooking, I'm not sure how much of the oil you cook in is actually absorbed by the meats

Your olive oil will not lose its good qualities at the heat you are using.
Not all of the oil will be used when you cook, but a good majority will depending on how you do it

make sure you account for the fats in meats, nuts, PB, etc as well as the protein that goes along with them to fit your macros...
the answer is yes to the above question btw
