    grape nuts are great for bulking

    this past year i started eating 1 cup grape nuts twice a day with 16 ounces of skim milk this is a slow digesting protein packed food combination that help me put on 20 lbs. of solid muscle.

    thats fantastic. I use grape nuts for cutting down also.

    yea i recommend it to everyone for bulking but i guess the low GI would make it a good cutting food also
