Sorry I have to ask a dumb question but I am new to this board as well as working out seriously. I am trying to read everything I can so that I have some knowledge base before I start asking questions but I get stumped when I find something like "look in my FAQ in my sig" I have no idea what that means! Can someone please help me or point me where to read up on it TIA

p.s. you guys are great on here! I have learned so much. Thank you for taking the time to teach people.

some members can have signatures at the bottom of each of their posts, and some put links to FAQ or "frequently asked questions" there as well. If a member posts that they are referring someone to read the links in their signature.
