Dairy products can make some people appear more "soft" not sure if this is due to water retention or what... as long as youre not cutting I'd say its OK. It does have sugar in it though.

Check out "Skinny cow" brand. It has 11g of protein per serving.
160zs= 4 servings=44g of protein! andd it tastes tons better in my opinion

def get bloated big time from milk.... only time i drink it is if im running really late in the mourning and have to only eat 4 eggs..... and glass of milk with wheat bread... other than that i never ingest it....... not sure the reasoning behinde the bloat but im sure its something to do with hormones given to cows...... so maybe organic milk might be better with bloat ?

There is still fat in it. Some people get bloated by lactose or casein.
