My Eating / product
Hey, Well I have heard it all, and this guy is going to gain some pounds, anyways I am here to post my plan and see if you's can help me out.
Alright,
Frist, I work shift change, so 2 weeks day and then 2 week nights, So my morning's arel different.
-Bowl of Muti Gram Cheerios(skim milk)
Protein Drink (27-40g per drink)
Maybe Apple if Needed
( also take fish oil pill in morning )
Coffee on way to work ( double double)
1st - Break - Two Apples
(sometime breakfest at work, bacon/french toast/ eggs hashbrown. ect...)
2nd - Break - Peanut Butter whole wheat
with diet pepsi
Lunch - Tuna or left over dinner
Dinner - Chicken/ steak/ pasta - with protein drink
Night time sitting around
Protein drink
Snack - Nacho/ Pop-corn

Total up your protein/fat/carbohydrates for each meal and we can critique it... you need to know how many calories you eat every day. Doesn't look like enough, lots of problems in your diet.

Well sh*t, Well man for a 170LB male, That was 155 about 6months ago, I took d-bol but with nothing esle and I gain huge and was eating like 3200-3500 a day, I was starting to gEt big abit big in the stomach, so I try to slow my self down, and eat better and leSs carbs, But for some reason all area on my body are gaining but my arms..?
I went from 155lb in bench to starting off now at 205 and last set 230lb, for a 5'9 165-170 pound that isn't to bad. So I am doing something right but at the same time something wrong, I still have a bit of a gut and only 14.75in arm, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Anyways, Can you post me a eating plan that you would do if you were me?

I'll throw in 5 tips
1) Oatmeal instead of Cheerios. Maybe sprinkle Splenda brown sugar blend on it if you do not eat it plain.
1/2 cup oats
1 cup water
1:00 to 1:30 in microwave
2) Stop drinking the soda and get on the water.
3) Try to drink one protein shake a day and eat whole foods instead.
4) Bacon, bad.
5) Hashbrowns, not good.

Ok, So Oatmeal, what about them oatmeal in the box pre-made?
2 Packs, with milk, fish oil pills
Black Coffee, or water...
1ST BREAK - Peanut butter Sandwich, and water
2nd BREAK - OATMEAL PACKS - WATER
3RD BREAK - DINNER/LUNCH - Steak,Peanut butter, chicken..ect... with water
After Protein Drink, work-out, Protein drink
Dinner/lunch: same as above....
Late snack ... Any ideas?
