Todays meal
Ok I took down my food that I had.
AT 3:30AM:
OATMEAL 2PACKS (I THINK oatmeal has 180 each pack and 4g protein)
Coffee - Double Double (trying to go black)
Glass of milk
8:45 am : 1 Pack oatmeal
10am : 1 Pack oatmeal
Lunch 12:30 : Roast beef about half cup of slice maybe abit more,
With 2/3 of a cup of potato
4pm - 2 Slice of Bread (white) with butter
Protein DRINK
Salad,
6PM - Soup with steak cropped and veggies
with 4 scoops of ice cream
8pm - Pop-corn and some Junk hopefully not much junk.
Well you tell me if this would work to gain some mass?
Thanks
