You claim bulking diet and you're not even hitting 150carbs/day?
I came up with approx:
300g Protein
125g Carbs
50g Fat
That's only like 2200 calories. You need to Eat more. Shoot for 300-400carbs/day IMO for a few weeks, reaccess then repost your diet.
Agreed also you need 50-75carbs for your Pre/PWO meals.-B D

yeah...i'd throw in about 50 grams of dextrose in your pwo, ppwo shakes or double or triple your ppwo rice and have some basmati or white rice instead of brown. that's going to bump the cals up a little bit plus you'll prob be getting another 300 cals from bbq sauce ketchup or what ever you throw in with your food

Dude you gotta eat if you want to grow, otherwise you'll simply stay 175lbs which is every other guy in the gym.
If you want to bulk and stay relatively lean at the same time then figure out your maintanence caloric needs for the day and bump your calories 200-400/day over that number.
The way you're eating you are shooting in the dark and won't get far with your results and are basically wasting your energy and time in the gym compared to if you were eating right.

your diet looks alright, you def need more carbs especially pre and post workout. keep track of your cals and weight, move the cals up and the scale should follow. when the scale stalls, eat more food. if your up to the task of eating progressively more week after week, youll reach 185lbs in no time.
